1. Arrival. Standard Check in time is 2:00 PM; Check out time is 12:00 NOON.

2. Early Check-in / Late Check-out Policy. Request for early check in or late checkout is subject to availability. Charges may apply.

3. Payment. Full payment is required prior/upon check in. For pre-payments, deposit can be made thru bank deposit ten (10) days prior to check-in date. Kindly email proof of transaction for our reference. The property is not accepting checks as form of payment upon check-in.

4. Security Deposit. PHP1,000.00 security deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable upon check-out.

5. Cancellation/ No-Show/ Amendment Policy. Cancellation and modification must be received at least 72 hours (local time) prior to arrival date to avoid payment of the penalty charge equivalent to one night’s rate per room.

6. Child Policy. Children 12 years old and below, occupying the same room is complimentary (max of 2 child per room, subject to room capacity, without complimentary breakfast).

7. Extra Person Policy. A maximum of 2 extra persons per room shall be allowed, subject to room capacity and extra person fee of PHP1,200 per person per night. Visitors are NOT allowed to stay beyond 10:00 pm.

8. Pet Policy. Pets are not allowed.

9. Valuable Items. The Hotel is not liable for any loss of money, jewelry and other valuables left inside the room.

10. Damaged/ Unreturned Key. Guest will be charged PHP500 for every unreturned or damaged key.

11. Loss / Damaged Property. Any loss or damaged property by the guest or his/her visitors shall be charged to the account of the guest. The guest assumes full responsibility for such damage and agrees to pay for the charge thereof.

12. Pool Regulations. NO diving and NO bringing of breakable wares (ex. beer) inside the pool. Wear proper swimming attire. Take a shower first before dipping into the pool.

13. NO smoking inside all roooms. You may smoke in the balcony only if your reserved room has one. You may not smoke or vape inside any rooms of One Euphoria.

14. Corporate Accounts. In Case of company or corporate accounts, Guest and Company agree to be jointly liable to all Hotel charges of guest.

15. In case of litigation arising from the stay, accommodation and availment of services and amenities by the guest in the Hotel, the Guest agrees with the Hotel in writing, to submit the same to the court of competent jurisdiction in the City of Angeles.

16. Confirmation: Kindly sign your conformity and send via email at [email protected]  with the attached payment reference. Non-receipt of the copy would mean automatic cancellation of your reservation.
